Shop Front Grants

Would you like Grant Aid to improve your premises?

The Shop Front Improvement Grant is available to retail and commercial properties within the town centres of Cinderford, Coleford, Lydney and Newent. Applicants must be the owner or leaseholder of the property.

Grants are usually offered as 50% of total costs exclusive of V.A.T and to a maximum of £5,000 although in special cases grants of over this amount may be awarded to large or prominent properties, where comprehensive works are being carried out and total scheme costs exceed £10,000.
