First Stop Local Shop Retail Support Toolkit
Please click on the link towards the bottom of the page for a free interactive 'Toolkit' designed to help Market Towns attract shoppers back to their local High Streets. The toolkit shares the experiences of running the 'First Stop Local Shop' campaign - how each scheme was set up, introduced and what was achieved.
The campaign has been a resounding success - thousands of Forest shoppers now carry the ‘Forest Rewards’ loyalty card and customer footfall is up by 28% from 2003, while almost 90% of retailers surveyed have reported heightened awareness of their businesses.
